Welcome to my pages. I'm the Emperor. Basically this site will just be just a kind of external memory storage device covering anything that interests me. I have the start of a blog running now and I'll be dropping various thoughts, ideas, etc. in there mainly connected with web design but it also touch on my other interests (books, music, politics, weirdness, etc.). A lot of the links will be to my fiddling on other sites like the The Gurus Network and The OZONE Asylum . There is now a working wiki but I have yet to add something to hold some pictures - there is also a forum but that is currently just so I can tap into the phpBB user authentication. News

There are problems with this design (esp. in Opera and Mozilla/Netscape) and I will address these once I have the actual design fixed - those lines either side of this box are supposed to be behind it :( . Gabble is coming along nicely although I need to tweak the calendar and get an admin section going as testing has left some entries in a bit of a mess. Wick is now working although I need to test things and flesh it out (but it does work with Wick). U Ranker and U Linker are both working well (as far as I can tell) I just need to extend U Linker to monitor internal links too.

This one had me fiendishly foxed. the line seemed innocuous enough but stubbornly refused to be fixed. I tried various other approaches with no luck. I did read someone say it was something weird in the encoding and when they rewrote the text it fixed ...

The Monkeysphere

The Monkeysphere is a fascinaitng concept and based on theoreitcal work I am familiar with so I've starte a wiki entry on Monkeysphere and will fill that out with various resources as they come to me.
